BBC Revised Liability Waiver March 2015.pdf

At 3:00 after a few hours in the sun, we’ll adjourn to  St. George Street in St. Augustine for shopping, touring, and dinner. 

To join us on this trip to St. Augustine, print the reservation form (click on green button below) and mail it along with your check (made out to the BBC) for $28 per person to the address below.   On October 6th, we will conduct our lottery and you will be notified shortly thereafter of your seat confirmation or waitlist status.

You could instead hand your addressed envelope to a person at the counter at Safe Ship in Colony Plaza, saving you the

stamp and ensuring that the mail does not delay your form.
 

Liability Waiver:  The BBC has a revised Liability Waiver specific to our club.  Even if you have signed a liability release form in the past for our club, we are asking that you sign the revised one. This will only need to be done one time; not yearly as in the past.  Please click on link below, print and sign, and give the form to your bus leader on this trip.

Just be sure to finish your dessert in time to catch the 6:00 PM bus!

There are 2 options for beach equipment rentals:  Barney's Beach Service (904-461-1422) - 2 chairs and an umbrella for $50.  They will set your equipment up in advance and reserve them with your name. A single umbrella is $35 and a single chair is $15.  Your credit card will hold your reservation.

The second option is The Pier Gift Shop (904-209-0326) - One umbrella and 2 chairs is $20;  a single umbrella or chair rents for $8 each.  However, the chairs are low to the ground, sitting only inches above the sand.  And you would need to reserve your equipment, pick up your items at the shop and carry them to the beach.  No setup is included.

where we’ll enjoy the Atlantic for several hours.
